Arriving / Departure for Appointments

As part of this practice's commitment to the continuing quality cycle, and in the interest of patient safety, this practice has updated our patient identification process bringing us in alignment with the new National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards and the RACGP 4th Standards. This process will be asked for each patient at each encounter or activity such as making appointments, arriving for appointments, writing prescriptions, writing referrals, giving results, immunisations, minor surgery and or procedures conducted by either the doctor or the nurse. We appreciate your patience and co-operation whilst we strive to ensure patient safety. *A current driver's licence can be accepted to identify an individual patient, if preferred*
