Arriving / Departure for Appointments

As part of our commitment to patient's safety and keeping accurate patient details, this practice uses a patient identification process bringing us in alignment with both the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards and the RACGP 5th Standards. This process will be asked for each patient at each encounter with the practice. We appreciate your patience and co-operation whilst we strive to ensure patient safety.
**A current driver's licence or passport can also be accepted to identify an individual patient, if preferred**

  • ALL patients are asked to please CALL reception on 3390 5500 on their arrival to the practice when you will be advised of the current protocols for entry to practice over this COVID pandemic.
  • MASKS PROTOCOL: To ensure your safety & the safety of others whilst in our practice masks are still mandatory in our practice and must be worn by anyone aged 12 years & over at all times when inside our practice. Our doctors and staff will also be wearing masks at all times.
  • If this is your first appointment with us please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable us to complete your registration
  • Each patient will be asked to provide 3 Approved patient identifiers
  • On completion of your consultation please return to the front reception to finalise your account and arrange any follow up appointments doctor may have requested
