Our practice is NOT currently participating in the COVID-19 vaccine rollout but we are encouraging our patients to receive the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to them. The best way to find out when you can receive a COVID-19 vaccination is to use the Vaccine Eligibility Checker at www.healthdirect.gov.au and click on "Are you eligible for COVID-19 vaccination"). You can also make a vaccination booking with a local vaccine provider via the Vaccine Eligibility Checker (link above).

Our doctors are available for appointments to discuss any questions you may have about the vaccine, including referral, if necessary.


Phase 1b COVID vaccinations will commence as of Monday 22/3/2021

Who is eligible to have 1b COVID vaccination phase:

Elderly adults aged 70 years and over
Other health care workers
Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people over 55
Younger adults with an underlying medical condition, including those with a disability **
Critical and high risk workers including defence, police, fire emergency services and meat processing

What proof is needed to confirm a person is eligible for the Phase 1 vaccination?

eople over the age of 70 yrs - All standard forms of identification (drivers licence, passport) are accepted.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders over 55 yrs - Self-identification as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Island Person
People over the age of 18 years with an underlying medical condition, including disability - Medical records (for example, a clinic record,My Health Record, printout of chronic disease management plan): ** a referral or letter from your GP or treating specialist
Healthcare Workers- Proof of occupation (ID card, letter from employer) or Phase 1B Declaration Form
Critical high risk workers- Proof of occupation (ID card, letter from employer) or Phase 1B Declaration Form
Carers and disability workers- Proof of occupation (ID card, letter from employer)

*If you are 18-69 years with an underlying medical condition including a disability.
Our doctors are happy to provide you with a letter to take to your vaccination appointment.
** To arrange this letter please contact the practice ASAP as these requests will take up to 48 hours to be actioned by our doctors due to their heavy workloads.




If you have any of the following symptoms, no matter how mild, please inform our reception staff over the phone before entering our practice.
  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Shortness of breath
  • Runny nose
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of smell /and or taste
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhoea
Keeping you safe :

Along with increasing our infection controls we have implemented new protocols & screening measures to keep our doctors, staff and patients safe whilst you are visiting our practice. We really appreciate your patience & support with following the protocols our doctors have put in place to help over these difficult times.
  • Over the COVID-19 Pandemic where appropriate Telehealth consultations will be available for vulnerable patients who are at risk of COVID-19.
  • All patients with flu/respiratory conditions will require a telehealth consultation before attending the practice.
  • Patients with any COVID or Flu Type Symptoms are asked to CALL ON ARRIVAL of your appointment. This will allow reception staff to check you in and give further directions.
