Patients with a valid Medicare card are entitled to rebates as outlined above. We can process your rebate at the time of payment at the practice.

A surcharge fee will apply to all credit and debit card payments to cover additional costs.

Additional costs may be incurred for any specific tests, procedures, treatments, or consumables at the time of your consultation.

Cancellations
Please note we require a minimum of 2-hours' notice prior to your appointment to cancel the appointment, otherwise a fee may apply for "did not attend" or late cancellations. An appointment is also marked as "did not attend" if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment time. A minimum of 2-hours' notice allows us to offer that appointment to someone else who is on our waiting list or needs to see a doctor on the day.
